FOR FACILITIES AND PROPERTY TEAMS
QR maintenance checks for facilities teams
Make it easier for staff to find the right check at a room, location or piece of equipment. Scan its QR code, complete the linked form in a browser and keep the submission with the related record.
Keep checks close to the places they describe.
Facilities teams look after many locations and assets. A form may be easy to complete but harder to find later if the answer, photo and location details end up in separate places.
With MrQR, your team can organise locations and equipment as records, attach the forms those records need, and use a QR code to open the public record on site.
A straightforward check from room to record
1. Add the location or equipment. Keep a record for a room, shared area, machine or other asset your team needs to reference.
2. Attach the relevant form. Build a reusable checklist for the information you want staff to collect.
3. Put the QR link nearby. Staff scan with a phone and open the record and its public form without installing a separate app.
4. Review the submission. The team can find responses in the workspace, alongside the item or location they relate to.
Use one simple pattern across your sites
Use forms for room condition checks, shared equipment observations, maintenance requests, opening or closing checklists, or other repeatable processes your team defines.
Add photo or signature fields when visual evidence or acknowledgement is useful. Keep the questions specific to the job and easy to answer on a phone.
Filter and review submissions, verify responses and export available submission data as CSV when it needs to move into another report or spreadsheet.
Simple checks, connected records
MrQR is a forms and records workflow. It does not create work orders, assign corrective actions, schedule recurring inspections or send overdue reminders. If your facilities process needs those controls, check that requirement before choosing a tool.
Common questions
Can staff submit without a MrQR account?
Staff can submit a form through a public record without joining the team workspace.
Can we use the same checklist at multiple locations?
You can build reusable forms and attach them to the records where they are needed.
Does MrQR schedule checks automatically?
No. Teams use the QR-linked form when a check is due; the product does not schedule recurring checks or send due-date reminders.
